About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Eletron website and any enquiry, demonstration request, survey or expression of interest submitted through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using this site

You may use this website for personal, educational or legitimate business purposes. You must not:

• use the site unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that could harm another person;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or connected systems;
• introduce malware, overload the site or interfere with its proper operation; or
• copy, scrape or reuse substantial parts of the site except where permitted by law or with our written consent.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our users or our rights.

3. Product and service information

We take reasonable care to keep descriptions, images, compatibility information, specifications, availability and indicative prices accurate. Eletron products and services continue to develop, so details may change. Colours and appearance may also vary between displays and product configurations.

Website content is provided for general information. It is not medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal or educational advice and should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

If a page contains an obvious error, please tell us so we can correct it.

4. Enquiries, demonstrations and expressions of interest

Submitting a contact form, requesting a demonstration or registering an interest does not oblige you to buy anything and does not oblige us to supply a product or service. We will use the contact details you provide to respond to your request in line with our privacy notice.

Please ensure information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to provide it. Do not include unnecessary medical, diagnostic or other sensitive personal information in a general website form.

5. Purchases, pre-orders and reservations

This version of the website allows you to submit a standard reservation without making a payment. A standard reservation records the package you are interested in, but it is not legally binding and does not create an order or require either you or Eletron to complete a purchase.

Prices shown with a reservation are indicative and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Expected fulfilment begins in October 2026. We will contact you when your package is ready to ship so you can review its availability, price, delivery estimate and final details before deciding whether to confirm an order and arrange payment.

The website does not yet provide a completed online checkout. Before any paid purchase, subscription or paid reservation is accepted, the payment arrangements, delivery estimate, cancellation and returns information, warranty terms and any recurring charges will be presented. Any additional sale terms will form part of the contract and will not affect your statutory rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Eletron name, visual identity, website design, text, graphics, software interfaces, photographs and other materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Eletron Technology Limited unless stated otherwise. They are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may print or save reasonable extracts for personal reference. You must not commercially reproduce, modify, distribute or present our materials as your own without written permission.

7. External links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that Eletron endorses the third party.

8. Availability, security and accessibility

We work to keep the website available, secure and accessible, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend or withdraw part of the site where reasonably necessary.

Please contact us if an accessibility need prevents you from using information or a service on the site. We will try to provide a suitable alternative.

9. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, was caused by an event outside our reasonable control, or resulted from misuse of the site.

We may update these terms when the website, our services or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter an existing contract.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain the protection of any mandatory laws that apply where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
